Shipping and delivery
At Fashion Nordic we deliver to the entire EU in collaboration with Matterhorn Fulfillment. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland and processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time
Denmark & other EU countries: 2–5 business days
Shipping prices (depending on weight and country)
The shipping price is automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.
Examples of shipping prices:

Delivery partners
We use reliable carriers such as GLS, DHL, DPD and local distributors, depending on country and weight.

Additional customs duties and VAT may apply for deliveries outside the EU (currently not supported)
Right of withdrawal:
If the customer does not like the product received, you can return it within 14 days of delivery of the order indicated on the tracking.
Orders that are being processed/shipped cannot be stopped. If you wish to stop your order after the item has been packed, you must wait for the package and refuse to receive the package, after which it will be returned. Your payment will be made when we have received the item and checked that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
If you have received the package but wish to cancel the order, please contact us at customer service info@fashionnordic.com to request cancellation of the order and return the item. You will then receive a return label within 48 hours to attach to the item. The item will be returned to DK. Once the item has been received and checked within 48 hours, we will refund your item minus any costs. This will happen no later than within 10 working days. From the time you receive your receipt to the refund on your card, it will take 2-3 banking days.
To start the return request, please follow the instructions below: - Send email to info@fashionnordic.com -Select the order to be returned and send a message to Fashion nordic. -Click "Send request" -Wait for the email with instructions within 48 business hours (also check your spam folder) -Fashion nordic will send instructions to the customer. -Return the product within 14 days of receiving the above email.
Quality control of returned goods:
Regardless of whether the item a customer has purchased or received is wanted to be returned. The return will always be made to Fashion Nordic in DK. It is the customer's security that receipt and refund of payment is made as quickly as possible, to and from Fashion Nordic. Regardless of whether Fashion Nordic must return the item to a third party warehouse, it is at no cost to Fashion Nordic's customer. This is to ensure full transparency for the customer and from Fashion Fashion Nordic and that the processing time is as quickly as possible. The customer may max have to pay for the returned item.
Prices for returned goods during sales without the right to return:
The price of a returned item will correspond to the current shipping price. The shipping price is always calculated based on distance and weight. The amount will be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise agreed. Fashion Nordic offers full return rights on items that are not part of a sale.
