Refund policy
Return to Stock:
Any request for return of products by the Customer must be approved in writing by the Supplier. Return requests must concern goods that are defective, or do not correspond to the ordered goods or the right of withdrawal. The products considered not to be in conformity or defective can only be replaced after an examination by the Supplier. In this case, the shipping costs will be charged to the Supplier.
Fashion Nordic reserves the right not to refund the customer in the following cases: - product that is not intact, or if the original packaging (Package, Box, Packaging bag) is missing or damaged; - returns that are not approved in writing, or s We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after you have received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have tags on, and be in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted. Damage and Issues:
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and have it corrected. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.
EU 14-Day Cancellation Period Notwithstanding:
the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any explanation, if the item is shipped within the EU. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@fashionnordic.com.

Return procedure:
You can return the goods for reconsideration independently with your trusted courier or by using our couriers. The respective return costs for the products are always borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. If you choose our shipping service, you will be charged for your refund and any additional costs / customs duties at least 24 hours before the courier designated by us takes over. If, on the other hand, you choose your courier and return orders from a country outside the EU, the respective customs duties are at your expense and must be paid in advance and not at the destination.
Refund procedure:
The refund will be provided in the form of a cash refund, which will be deposited into your account within a maximum of 10 banking days from receipt of the product.
